[Gossip] The Situation Counter-Sued By Vodka Company

The Situation has been counter-sued by the vodka company who he slapped with a $5 million breach of contract suit earlier this month. As previously reported, Situation filed suit against the company Devotion Spirits, who makes protein-infused vodka. Situation said that he helped build the brand as a spokesman but that they reneged on their part of the contract.
Now, TMZ reports that the company filed their own suit and say that Situation breached the contract, not them. The company says that the Jersey Shore alumni was consistently late to events and hid his alleged drug problems...though he didn't hide it well, as he was seen asking investors for marijuana. He also allegedly refused to do interviews at events and wanted free stuff for friends.
The company adds that at a New Jersey event last year, Situation locked himself in the bathroom and wouldn't come out. When he finally did, he was "sniffing" and security guards later claimed to have found what appeared to be cocaine residue. Situation's team denied drug use. Devotion says they terminated the contract in March of this year after he entered rehab.
