[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan's Probation Gets Revoked

Bad news...
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked this morning and the judge has set up a hearing to decide if Lohan will go to jail for up to 245 days.
Lohan wasn't present at the arraignment for the charges that she lied to police and drove recklessly when she crashed her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway last June. Lohan's probation for her jewelry theft case was revoked because of the new charges. The judge who arraigned her, Commissioner Jane Godfrey, scheduled a hearing for January 15 for the probation violation.
If Godfrey decides she violated her probation, Lohan will go to jail. However, it was previously reported that she doesn't usually send people to jail often, so Lohan may get out of a harsh sentence.
