[Gossip] Ariel Winter's Sister Likely To Become Her Guardian

The hearing is happening right now...
TMZ reports that Ariel Winter and her mother Chrystal Workman appear to have worked out a settlement in her guardianship case as attorneys for both sides are working on details.
A hearing was scheduled to happen today to determine if Winter's mother or older sister Shanelle Gray would be given permanent guardianship. Chrystal is outside of the courtroom and said: "They're stripping everything from me."
Shanelle has been Winter's guardian ever since there were claims in October that Workman was emotionally and physically abusing Winter.
It appears as though Gray will become her guardian and her mother will lose custody.
