[TV] Ratings: CBS Wins A Slow Wednesday With Criminal Minds Posted by Joseph Lee on 12.13.2012
Modern Family also does well...
Wednesday's ratings were slow for the most part, which CBS was able to take advantage of with a new Criminal Minds. The show was up from last week and had some help from CSI returning to its original time. Meanwhile, Modern Family was the top show in the demographic, but under its season average. The X Factor and Arrow were both down and NBC's Take It All fell drastically without The Voice as a lead-in. Barbara Walters' annual 10 Most Fascinating People fell for the second year in a row.
CBS won with 10.55 million viewers and a 6.6 rating/10 share in households in primetime. It was followed by ABC (7.8 million, 5.0/8), FOX (7.7 million, 4.6/7), NBC (3.8 million, 2.5/4) and The CW (2.4 million, 1.5/2).
In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS won again with a 2.7 rating, followed by FOX (2.6), ABC (2.4), NBC (1.2) and The CW (0.8).
