[TV] Justified Accused of Plagiarizing Artist in Promotional Art

The artist is pissed...
F/X has received a cease and desist letter from an artist who claims that the network and producers for Justified ripped off his artwork for promotional art for the show. TMZ reports that Gabe Leonard has accused F/X of copying his original piece "Double Fist" for ads promoting the show's new season.
The add in question shows star Tim Olyphant with his head bowed and two pistols held out. The letter from Leonard's attorney cites several similarities, including rugged U.S. Marshals, pistols drawn, hats tipped and color schemes, and claims it is copyright infringement. "Double Fist" has been visible on Leonard's website for the last three years.
