TMZ reports that the Parent Television Council is not happy with Kathy Griffin's behavior on CNN's New Year's Eve Live show.
PTC President Tim Winter said Kathy Griffin "has shown increasing contempt for the audience," in regards to her attempts to offer Anderson Cooper oral sex after the ball dropped in Times Square. Winter also stated, "The onus is now on CNN. Either the network has a policy that allows its on-air talent to fondle a co-anchor's genitals, or it has a policy that forbids such conduct."
