[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan No-Shows Court Appearance In New York City

TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan no showed her court appearance in New York City this morning for her nightclub assault case, but prosecutors ended up delaying the hearing.
She was scheduled to make the appearance today, her first after she got into the nightclub fight with a woman in November. She allegedly punched the woman in the face, was arrested and booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault.
Prosecutors announced: "The investigation into this case is continuing."
It was up in the air if she would even make it to the hearing because she has been in London for the past week.
Mark Heller, her attorney, was at the hearing and said Lohan is "a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame."
