She says he was great to work with...
Rebecca Hall recently spoke (via IGN) at the Television Critics Association press tour about her work in Iron Man 3. Check out the highlights:
On the film: "I don't think I'm allowed to say anything about it! I'm sworn to secrecy! No, It was great. It was a fantastic experience. I'm allowed to say that. But I can't give you any more than that. I'd have to shoot you."
On working with Shane Black: "He's got a really wonderful understanding of pulp. Of kind of that mainstream commercial movie and also he has a great wit and intelligence, which means it adds a lot of spice to whatever he does. And it's sort of black… not to use an unfortunate [pun]!"
On the learning curve for taking on a big superhero film: "Huge. Huge. It was so outside of my realm of experience. And that was my main reason for wanting to do it. I'm always for that. If you're not going on an adventure and finding out something new, what's the point, really? I mean I don't do it for any other reason!"
On what she loved about the experience: "Humor and improv and sparring with wits. That's really big on an Iron Man set, for obvious reasons. It's Downey Jr.'s forte. And that was so much fun for me."
