The cast keeps growing...
Deadline reports that Christopher Meloni (Law & Order: SVU) has joined the cast of the Frank Miller/Robert Rodriguez-directed Dimension Films movie Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. He has one of the lead roles in the film as a cop.
He joins a cast that includes Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Jaime King, Dennis Haysbert and Jamie Chung. There are rumors that Josh Brolin, as well as members of the original cast, are being looked at for the sequel.
Gordon-Levitt talked about why he joined the film in a statement. He said: "I love how the first movie uses VFX, not to make fake things look real, but to create a heightened world unburdened by the look and feel of reality. Plus, nobody makes a badass like Mr. Rodriguez."
