Lindsay Lohan was out partying the night after she nearly got jailed in regard to her New York City nightclub assault case. TMZ reports that Lindsay was in London partying at the Rose Club until the early morning last night.
Lindsay caught a break yesterday when she failed to show up for court, but prosecutors had decided to delay the trial. A warrant could have been issued for her arrest if they had decided to move ahead.
