[Gossip] Kim Kardashian Doesn't Want To Be Married To Kris Humphries When Her Baby Arrives

While Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have no plans to marry right now, TMZ reports that she does not want to be married to Kris Humphries when their baby arrives.
She currently does not feel the need to be married to West, even though she's having his baby. She feels Humphries is being "spiteful and vindictive" by dragging out the divorce, which has went on for almost a year and a half. There has been no evidence on either side suggesting that Kardashian defrauded Humphries when she agreed to marry him. People in Humphries' life are telling him to settle and end the conflict. However, both sides now have huge legal fees and Kardashian thinks Humphries should pay hers since his claims were outrageous.
If the two can't settle, there will be a trial date set next month. Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, says a trial would take a day to finish, while Humphries' lawyer wants to put reality TV on trial and thinks it'll last for five days.
