[TV] Amazon Behind Development of Zombieland TV Series

As previously reported, casting sheets leaked a few days back for a TV series based on Zombieland. Now Broadcast Now reports that Amazon is developing the series, which is planned for thirty-minute episodes.
The film, which was originally intended to be a series, was directed by Ruben Fleischer in 2009 and starred Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin. The show will combine the characters with the film with new ones created specifically for the series.
