[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan's Case Moved to Judge Who Told Her to Act More Mature

Has Lohan's luck gotten worse?
E! Online reports that Lindsay Lohan's court case has been moved to Judge Stephanie Sautner's courtoom. Sautner was the judge who presided over Lohan's jewelry theft case and supervised her subsequent probation.
Lohan entered a plea in the theft case and she was sentenced to community service requirements and she was given one year to complete them. She was also required to periodically go in person to to show she had been complying.
Sautner previously told Lohan, "The only thing you have to do is follow all laws… Live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work, OK? I don't expect to see you again. You know what you have to do."
Lohan's probation violation hearing is set for January 30. She is facing three misdemeanor counts involving a crash on the Pacific Coast Highway last June. She was later charged for willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving. Lohan was still on probation during her last accident.
