[Movies] Academy Awards To Feature Tribute To Movie Musicals

Coming Soon reports that this year's 85th Annual Academy Awards will have a tribute to movie musicals from the last ten years. This is in addition to having Adele perform "Skyfall" live at the show along with a tribute to James Bond.
Producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said: "The musical as a motion picture genre has had a remarkable renaissance in the last decade. We are excited to showcase three musical films—‘Chicago,' ‘Dreamgirls' and ‘Les Misérables'— on our Oscar show."
The ceremony airs on February 24 from the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane live on ABC. It airs in over 225 countries worldwide.
