[Gossip] Kris Humphries Files Proof He is Herpes Free in Lawsuit Against Him

Test results prove he is free of the STD...
TMZ reports that Kris Humphries claims he has test results to prove he is herpes free in response to a lawsuit filed against him Kayla Goldberg.
Goldberg previously filed a lawsuit which claims Humphries gave her herpes during an unprotected sexual encounter in Hollywood in 2010. In legal documents filed in the LA County Superior Court, Humphries does not deny sleeping with Goldberg, but insists he never passed on the herpes virus. He was tested for the disease after their encounter and it came back negative.
Humphries attached the alleged test results in his filing, but they are sealed. Humphries wants the lawsuit dismissed. A judge has yet to rule.
