James Franco didn't exactly give The Amazing Spider-Man a ringing endorsement. Frano, who played Harry Osborn in the Sam Raimi trilogy, was talking with MTV News and was asked what he thought of Dane DeHaan taking on the role in the upcoming sequel.
After he said he liked DeHann's work, he was asked about the Marc Webb reboot that came out last year and said "Eh..." When pressed for details, he said "They coulda strayed a little bit more from the original...but I guess they made a lot of money, so good for them."
