- According to EW, the sequel to the 2011 Muppets film will be titled, The Muppets…Again!. The first plot details have also been released, which are below…
The film finds the Muppet repertory company enjoying a triumphant world tour, only to become tangled up with a criminal mastermind named Constantine, who is out to steal an enormous diamond—and who happens to be a dead ringer for Kermit."
The article also has an interview with Kermit, who notes that he will not be pulling double duty and playing the role of Constantine. When asked why, he stated that it was because he can't do a Russian accent.
