[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan Could Still Go to Jail If She's Not Guilty of Lying to Cops

Lindsay Lohan had her latest day in court and got some bad news from the judge. TMZ reports that Judge Stephanie Sautner informed Lindsay that she could find her probation violated in regard to her jewelry theft even if she is found not guilty of lying to police, as the standard of proof for probation violation is lower.
Sautner delivered a crack at Lindsay's near no-show in claims of an upper respiratory infection, saying, "I'm glad to see you're feeling better." Lohan officially told the judge that she is switching attorneys from Shawn Holley to Mark Heller, though she hesitated at first and qualified the response by saying she was okay with it "today." When Sautner pressed the issue, Lohan said she was okay with it. Sautner then officially gave Heller permission to represent Lohan.
Heller tried to make a connection with the judge, noting that they were New Yorkers, but the judge told him that flattery would get him "nowhere fast."
