Scott owed over $1 million...
TMZ reports that the talent agency for late director Tony Scott has filed a creditor's claim against his estate for over $1 million in commissions.
Creative Artists Agency filed the claim in LA County Superior Court this week. They claim Scott passed away owing the company $70,426 in commissions for Unstoppable, $450,000 for Man on Fire, $110,096 for The Taking of Pelham 123, $400,000 for Deja Vu, and $10,000 for a videogame project.
The total CAA says Scott's estate owes comes to $1,040,522. The documents also show what Scott was paid for his directing and producing roles for his projects:
Man on Fire -- $8 million Unstoppable -- $4.5 million The Taking of Pelham 123 -- $9.5 million Deja Vu -- $10 million
Video game project -- $250,000
This doesn't include his profit-sharing percentages, or what he would be paid in addition to his salary based on the success of each project.
Scott committed suicide last August when he jumped off a bridge in LA.
