TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan is suing the 6126 Collection for $1.1 million. The lawsuit was filed today in federal court by her attorney Perry Wander.
6126 is a clothing manufacturer that sold leggings designed by Lohan. She made a deal with them to sell the product. She claims that she owns the 6126 trademark, which is the birth date of Marilyn Monroe (June 1, 1926).
