[TV] Ratings: 30 Rock Series Finale Gains A Million Viewers

Plus, Big Bang Theory beats American Idol in their first meeting...
The series finale of 30 Rock had an increase of a million viewers from last week, which was a high note for the show. Meanwhile, the first time that American Idol and a new episode of The Big Bang Theory squared off saw Idol on the losing end by over 4.5 million viewers. NBC's Do No Harm also premiered to disappointing ratings.
CBS won with 14 million viewers and an 8.7 rating/14 share in households. It was followed by FOX (9.6 million, 5.7/9), ABC (7.1 million, 4.9/8), NBC (4.1 million, 2.6/4) and The CW (2.2 million, 1.3/2).
In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS won with a 3.4, followed by FOX (3.3), ABC (2.2), NBC (1.6) and The CW (1.0).
