[Gossip] Nick Stahl Not Being Charged for Alleged Misdemeanor in Adult Book Store

Some good news for Stahl...
TMZ reports that Nick Stahl will not be charged for an alleged misdemeanor where Stahl was accused of "touching himself" while watching an adult video in an adult book store.
The Los Angeles City Attorney's office declined to prosecute Stahl due to "insufficient evidence."
