[Gossip] Donald Trump Files $5 Million Lawsuit Against Bill Maher

Donald Trump has filed a $5 million lawsuit against Bill Maher after proving that his father was not an orangutan. (Yes, seriously.) If you will recall, Trump made a $5 million challenge to Barack Obama, offering to donate the money to a charity of Obama's choice if Obama would give up his college records. In response, Maher said on The Tonight Show that he would make a similar donation if Trump could prove that his mother didn't conceive him with an orangutan.
TMZ reports that Trump claims in his lawsuit that formally responded with a copy of his birth certificate proving that he is the son of Fred Trump and that Maher did not hold up to his end of the deal; Trumpe claims that five "worthy charities" have lost out on donations because of Maher's refusal to honor the deal.
