Fox holds a strong second place...
CBS won last night with their comedy block, in particular the return of Rules of Engagement. The latest episode of How I Met Your Mother had a season high in the demographic. The only downside was 2 Broke Girls, which was down from its last original episode two weeks ago. Meanwhile, The Following fell on FOX but still held strong in second place. The Carrie Dairies had series highs in the CW's teen and young adult demographics and rose for the second week in a row.
CBS won with 10.1 million viewers and a 6.3 rating/10 share in households. It was followed by FOX (9 million, 5.4/8), ABC (8.1 million, 5.4/8), NBC (4.9 million, 3.1/5) and The CW (1.2 million, 0.8/1).
In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS won with a 3.1, followed by FOX (2.6), ABC (2.2), NBC (1.8) and The CW (0.5).
