[Gossip] Kris Humphries Says It's Not His Fault Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy Was Unplanned

He won't speed up the divorce because of it...
TMZ reports that Kris Humphries doesn't understand why he should have to agree to a quick divorce since he had nothing to do with Kim Kardashian's unplanned pregnancy.
His lawyer, Marshall Waller, said: "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."
After the word "pregnancy" in the documents, there is a footnote that reads: "Indeed, why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"
Waller seems to believe Kardashian is trying to rush Humphries, even though he has been dragging things out for over a year. The marriage lasted 72 days. Waller says she shouldn't worry about the legal presumption that Humphries is the father because she got pregnant while they were still married. He says Humphries is happy to point out he's not the father.
Humphries added he wants to be present for her deposition and has a right to be there, but is unavailable until mid-May or June due to his work schedule. A trial-setting conference is happening soon.
