[Movies] New Set Photo From The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Teases New Villain

Does it spell the cinematic return of a certain character?
Director Marc Webb on his official Twitter account revealed an interesting photo from the set of The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Webb posted a photo of a metallic locker with the message, "Day 3. #happybirthday." The locker appears to be in Oscorp labs and is similar to the Oscorp lockers depicted in a previous issue of the Ultimate Spider-Man comic series by Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley. In the issue, the teenage versions of Peter Parker and Eddie Brock discover the Venom substance. In the Ultimate Spider-Man series, Venom was created as a science experiment by Richard Park and Eddie Brock. The experiment was never finished before it was found by their sons Peter and Eddie Brock, Jr.
