Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Says She's Uncontrollable

And the lawyer shouldn't be blamed...
TMZ reports that one of Lindsay Lohan's lawyers cannot get in touch with her and can't get her to sit down for a deposition in a lawsuit. She doesn't want to be blamed for Lohan's problems.
Photographer Grigor Balyan is suing Lohan and claims that she has been partying instead of sitting down for a deposition in his lawsuit against her. He claims her assistant drove into him while leaving a Hollywood nightclub in 2010, with Lohan in the passenger seat.
Julia Azrael, who represents Lohan in the case, has filed documents saying she shouldn't be held responsible for Lohan's actions. She wrote: "I have made many efforts to convince Lohan to appear for her deposition. I do not know how to reach her directly."
She claims she has to go through her other lawyer, Mark Heller, to contact her. Heller hasn't been much help. Balyan asked the judge to fine both Lohan and Azrael for Lohan not doing the deposition.
