[Gossip] Kim Kardashian's Lawyer Says Kris Humphries' Lawyer Is Lying

The divorce isn't really about the divorce...
TMZ reports that Kim Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser has filed new legal documents in the Kardashian-Kris Humphries divorce case stating that Humphries' lawyer, Lee Hutton was lying when he told the judge he never told Wasser he was planning to "blow the lid off reality television"
Wasser claims Humphries and Hutton have been threatening to use the divorce as away to "expose" Kardashian's show unless they get more money or an annulment. Wasser says Hutton told her: "The Kardashians or Bunim-Murray [producers of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'] do not want that to happen."
She adds that Hutton has almost ignored the divorce and 95% of his deposition questions have been about the reality show. Here are some sample questions:
- "Is any aspect of season 6 [which features Humphries] scripted? If so, who maintains those scripts?"
- "Are storyboards created for season 6?"
- "It's not uncommon for a producer ... to give direction to cast members during a particular scene, is it?"
- "Can you tell me who gave direction to the characters for the Bora Bora episode on what topics they should discuss? [The episode in which Kris finds out Kim had previously been married]."
Wasser also claims that Humphries would have plenty of days off during basketball season to work on the divorce case. These include the All-Star Game, which she says he will most likely not be a part of.
