[Gossip] Kris Humphries' Lawyer Thinks He's Abusing The System

TMZ reports that Kris Humphries' soon-to-be ex-lawyer thinks he is abusing the system by fighting for an annulment from Kim Kardashian.
Marshall Waller has told Humphries there is no legal grounds for an annulment because there is no evidence of fraud. Waller and Humphries disagreed and Humphries' out-of-state attorney Lee Hutton won't back down from the annulment. Waller filed legal documents yesterday asking to be removed from the case.
In the paperwork, Waller said that he and Humphries had "irreconcilable differences", the usual reason for divorce.
Lawyers for both Humphries and Kardashian are in court this morning. Laura Wasser will demand a trial date as early as next month. It's possible that Humphries will say that since he lost his lawyer he needs more time. If the judge accepts this, it will be the fourth time the trial was delayed for a divorce of a 72-day marriage that ended a year and a half ago.
