According to The Hollywood Reporter, Aksel Hennie has joined the cast of Brett Ratner's Hercules. He will play a mad warrior named Tydeus. The film, which will star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, will be based on the Radical Publishing "Hercules" comic books of which there were two series; "The Thracian Wars" and "The Knives of Kush," here is the description for "The Thracian Wars"…
Fourteen-hundred years ago, a tormented soul walked the Earth that was neither man nor god. Hercules, powerful son of the god king Zeus, received nothing but suffering his entire life.
