[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan May Have Been Drinking When She Crashed Her Porsche

A new plea deal is in the works...
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan may have been drinking before she crashed her Porsche last June on the Pacific Coast Highway. Now prosecutors are offering her a brand new plea deal that does not involve jail.
A bottle of alcohol was found next to her car, and her breath smelled of alcohol. Police did not perform a field sobriety test at the time. The Santa Monica City Attorney is prepared to offer her sixty days in a residential rehab facility for her current case, in which she has been charged for lying to the police (she said she wasn't driving the Porsche). This is four months less than their original offer. The City Attorney also wants her to attend another set of AA meetings as well as community service. The prosecutor will let her do the service in New York City but under strict supervision.
The Los Angeles City Attorney is also involved in the case because they are handling the jewelry heist case, for which Lohan is still on probation. The LA City Attorney wanted jail time for the violation, but may relent on that.
The plea bargain meeting between prosecutors and lawyer Mark Heller is today.
