Deadline reports that Bradley Cooper is attached to star and possibly direct an English-language remake of Kokowääh for Warner Bros.
Kokowääh was released in Germany in 2011 and was their most successful film that year. The movie was co-written by and starred Til Schweiger and follows the drama that emerges when a writer named Henry learns that he has an eight-year old daughter, Magdalena.
Chris Shafer and Paul Vicknair wrote the screenplay for the new version. It will next be rewritten by Scott Rothman & Rajiv Joseph.
Cooper will produce the movie alongside Sheroum Kim through 22nd & Indiana.
