[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan's Case May Go To Trial

She didn't want to go to rehab...
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan didn't get a plea bargain yesterday in her case about lying to the police and she will likely be going to trial.
Santa Monica and Los Angeles City prosecutors had a noon meeting yesterday via telephone with her lawyer, Mark Heller. Prosecutors wanted Lohan to accept time in a rehab facility but Heller said no. They then offered around 30 days instead of the 60 they wanted, but Heller didn't accept. Negotiations are currently ongoing. The problem is that while Heller is willing to accept a plea that involves counseling and rehab, Lohan doesn't want it because it sounds like "punishment for something I didn't do."
If a deal can't be made, the case will go to trial on March 18.
