[Movies] The Hobbit: There and Back Again Release Date Pushed Back

A delay in the release of the third movie...
New Line Cinema and MGM Studios announced today a delay in the planned release for The Hobbit: There and Back Again. The movie was originally set for a July 18, 2014 release date. The movie has now been moved to a December 17, 2014 release.
The next installment in the franchise The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug will be released on December 13. The new release date is consistent with all the previous releases of The Lord of the Rings movies. It also puts the movie away from X-Men: Days of Future Past set for July.
The third Hobbit movie will be released two days before Minions (spinoff of Despicable Me) and Tomorrowland from Brad Bird.
