[Movies] Release Date And Cover Revealed For Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United
Posted by Joseph Lee on 03.01.2013

Marvel has revealed the blu-ray cover and release date for Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United. It will be released on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download on December 3.

Here's a synopsis: In this all-new, action-packed story, Iron Man and Hulk face off against Zzzax as well as a pack of Wendigos and the deadly Abomination. Adrian Pasdar (Heroes) voices Iron Man and Fred Tatasciore will provide the voice for Banner and the Hulk. Dee Bradley Baker (Klaus the fish from American Dad!) will do the voice of Zzzax.

Marvel also spoke with producer Todd Casey about the film. Here are highlights:

On why the film teams up Iron Man and Hulk: "At the most basic level, it's a high-tech guy and a barbarian. Hulk is far from dumb, but he's much more basic--he has a pair of ripped up pants and he beats the daylights out of anything in his way. On the other hand, Tony Stark has a technologically advanced suit, an A.I. "butler" and a flying ship. It's the biggest fists and the biggest brain teamed up."

On what fans can expect to see: "They approach problems differently, and sometimes that means trouble and other times it's just plain funny. Iron Man is a guy who would disable a security system to sneak into a villain's base. Hulk would just punch down the front door. Both work."

On Iron Man's Hulkbuster armor: "It's a surprise that I'd rather not spoil, but it's used in a very different way than Iron Man ever intended it to be used."
