The official Facebook page for 300: Rise of an Empire has debuted a new logo banner for the sequel. You can check out the new image below.
The movie was previously reported as being moved to an August 2 release date, but the banner only opts to say 2013. It is possible August 2 is not the final release date, and the film's release could be changed again since August falls on the same weekend as RED 2 and 2 Guns.
The new movie features Rodrigo Santoro returning as Xerxes, Sullivan Stapleton as General Themistocles and Eva Green as Artemisia. 300: Rise of an Empire will be released in 2D, 3D, and IMAX.
