Bryan Singer has announced that French actor Omar Sy (The Intouchables) has joined the cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past. Singer has not confirmed what role he will be playing. Some are speculating that Sy will be the mutant Bishop, but that character wouldn't debut in "Uncanny X-Men" until ten years after the publication of "Days of Future Past."
He joins Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore and Peter Dinklage in the film, which is currently scheduled for a July 18th, 2014 release.
