[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan Defends Her New Lawyer

It's all lies...
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan has denied reports that her lawyer, Mark Heller, is incompetent, even though the judge in her case said so. She said: "It's all lies."
Lohan also doesn't care that Judge James Dabnet said Heller was unfit to practice law in California. Dabney said that if she keeps Heller he'll order her to court to explain why she would be waiving her right to a lawyer who knows what he's doing.
Michael Lohan also reached out and offered to pay for a new lawyer but she turned him down. She has twelve days to change her mind, as her criminal trial takes place on the 18th. If Heller messes up, she could go to jail for months.
