TMZ reports that Demi Moore has filed legal documents stating that she wants spousal support even though she is worth more than him.
A source said she has "money up the wazoo" and makes more money than Kutcher. However, it's surprising that she wants spousal support since Kutcher has not asked for it. She also wants him to pay for her attorney's fees.
While there were reports that the settlement negotiations have broken down, both sides are still negotiating and expect a quick resolution. It's not likely that Kutcher will have to pay spousal support, as a judge would never order it.
