[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan Now Being Offered House Arrest Instead of Rehab

Lohan doesn't want to accept any punishment though...
TMZ reports that prosecutors are now offering Lindsay Lohan house arrest instead of rehab or jail time in her case of allegedly lying to police about her recent car accident as well as her probation violations.
Sources say the Santa Monica City Attorney and the LA City Attorney have apparently softened their position from lockdown rehab for Lohan to a 90-day house arrest. Lohan's lawyer, Mark Heller, also reportedly told prosecutors that Lohan is willing to accept a certain amount of house arrest, and he is now arguing with the prosecutors over how much.
The problem is that sources connected with Lohan also say she is not willing to accept any punishment. There is a reported 75% chance the case will go to trial on March 18. If Lohan does get convicted she would face months of actual jail time.
