[Movies] Jay Roach to Direct Lance Armstrong Scandal Film

Another film on Armstrong in development…
It had been previously reported that Paramount Pictures and Bad Robot Productions were teaming for an adaptation of Juliet Macur's non-fiction book Cycle of Lies. The film would following the drug scandal surrounding repeat Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong.
Now comingsoon.net reports that Warner Bros. is working on their own version of the true story and that Jay Roach has signed on to direct. Not many details are known at this time, but Roach will from a screenplay by Scott Z. Burns (Side Effects, Contagion) and the studio has secured life rights to Armstrong's racing partner Tyler Hamilton.
