[Gossip] Expert Debunks Russell Crowe's UFO Video

The expert says it wasn't an alien ship...
As you may recall last week, Russell Crowe posted a video online consisting of photographs of what he called a potential UFO. Crowe had taken the photos from his office at night and posted them online, the video of which you can see below. However, TMZ reports that Marc D'Antonio, the chief video analyst for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), says that the photos are not of an alien craft. (MUFON, if you were wondering, is one of the big UFO-debunking agencies out there.)
D'Antonio says that the pictures depict what is likely a plane or helicopter; the light colors are consistent with common aircraft and the appearance of lines is actually an effect of the camera's camera's long exposure time, while the other light patterns are likely lens flare. D'Antonio noted that misidentifying UFOs is common in long-exposure photography.
D'Antonio notes that real UFOs, which he has claimed to have seen videos of (example below the Crowe video), tend to exhibit strange flight patterns, unexpected color shifts, weird shapes and extreme speeds.
