[Movies] Jim Carrey Is Back On Board For Dumb and Dumber To
Posted by Joseph Lee on 03.11.2013

E! News reports that Jim Carrey is back on board for Dumb and Dumber To, the sequel to the Farrelly Brothers' 1994 film. Carrey previously dropped out of the film in June, which would star himself and Jeff Daniels.

At SXSW, Carrey said: "I'm ready. There is a script. It's fun. Jeff and I are raring to go. It's administrative. The green light committees have to have their way."

Writer and director Peter Farrelly previously said he wanted to see Channing Tatum in the sequel, and thought Emma Stone would "knock it out of the park" in the role of a "young dumb girl."

Carrey, who posted a Youtube video declaring his love for Stone two years ago as a joke (who later told New York Magazine she was flattered by it), added: "That would be great. That would be awesome."
