While on The Tonight Show...
Halle Berry was a guest on The Tonight Show last night where she talked about returning to the X-Men franchise as Storm for X-Men: Days of Future Past.
She said: "It's a character that I love and fans really love the whole series, they really love Storm. It's like family. It's fun to get back together with Hugh and everybody, it's good fun."
The film will be released on July 18, 2014. It will be directed by Bryan Singer from a script by Simon Kinberg. It is inspired by Chris Claremont and John Byrne's comic book storyline that ran in "Uncanny X-Men" #141 and 142 from 1981. The storyline featured an alternate future where the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants killed an important senator, leading to a future where all mutants are hunted by Sentinels.
The film stars Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Halle Berry, Omar Sy and Peter Dinklage.
