TMZ reports that a deposition in the Kris Humphries/Kim Kardashian divorce will end up hurting Humphries' claims that the entire marriage was a fraud.
Life & Style obtained the deposition transcript in which a producer said that when Humphries proposed to Kardashian on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she was "completely surprised" and didn't give a good reaction, so she wanted it re-shot.
Since he proposed and she was surprised, it means it wasn't a plan to trick him into marriage like he claims. Since he knew that she wanted her reaction re-shot, he was in on it if it was.
