[TV] Michiel Huisman Joins The Cast of The Sixth Gun

- Michiel Huisman (Treme, Nashville) has been cast opposite Laura Ramsey in the television adaptation of the Oni Press comic series The Sixth Gun. Huisman has been cast as Drake Sinclair, who is described as "a rogue gunslinger and handsome bastard." NBC is producing the series, which was originally created by Cullen Bunn and Brian Hurtt, is described as follows:
"During the darkest days of the Civil War, wicked cutthroats came into possession of six pistols of otherworldly power. In time the Sixth Gun, the most dangerous of the weapons, vanished. When the gun surfaces in the hands of an innocent girl (Ramsey), dark forces reawaken. Vile men thought long dead set their sights on retrieving the gun and killing the girl. Only Drake Sinclair (Huisman), a gunfighter with a shadowy past, stands in their way."
