[Movies] Christian Bale to Play Moses in Exodus?

Actor being sought for the role...
Deadline reports that Christian Bale is eying the lead role in Exodus as Moses. The film is being directed by Ridley Scott for Twentieth Century Fox, who are seeking Bale for the role. The movie was written by Bill Collage and Adam Cooper, with Steve Zaillian doing some rewrites.
The film is one of two about Moses currently in development; Warner Bros. is moving ahead with Gods and Kings which may be directed by Ang Lee.
