[Gossip] UPDATEDx3: Lindsay Lohan Misses First Flight for Monday Court Date

UPDATE 3: Lindsay Lohan can't even get on a plane without it being a major disaster anymore. TMZ reports that Lindsay got off her plane to Los Angeles at the last second and is trying to find another way to get across the country for her court date at 8:30 AM PST tomorrow.
According to sources, she believed that the plane was leaking fuel. She got off the plane so quickly that she left her bags behind and has told friends that thirty-five people got off the plane as well because they thought it was unsade. Lindsay is now trying to get ahold of everyone she knows so she can catch a private plan to LA.
It is worth noting that the flight was delayed an hour in taking off and has now been diverted to Las Vegas. Lindsay must appear at her hearing tomorrow or a bench warrant will be issued.
UPDATE 2:TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan is making it to LA for her trial after all. The site reports that Lindsay showed up to JFK airport in New York to get on a flight to Los Angeles. Her mother Dina, who was originally going to travel with her, did not decide to go.
Lindsay's court hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM PT tomorrow.
UPDATE: On top of Lohan's other issues, RaderOnline reports that prosecution is urging Judge James Dabney to not lalow anymore extensions for Lohan's lawyer, Mark Heller, who was previously chastised as being "incompetent" in the courtroom.
Heller had been looking for a California-licensed attorney to take the lead for him, and David Wohl had agreed to do so on behalf of Michael Lohan. However, the owner of the firm where Wohl works, Paul Wallin, stated,
"We are awaiting Ms. Lohan's approval. Mr. Heller made the request. The court and our firm want to ensure the integrity of this case." And then Wohl himself attempted to reach out to Lohan on Twitter:
@lindsaylohan My law firm was hired by your Dad. He wants nothing but the best for you. We will be there Monday to help, if we're allowed.
ORIGINAL:TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan missed her first scheduled flight to Los Angeles last night for her court date on Monday, March 18.
Lohan is set to appear in court on Monday to begin her trial for allegedly lying to police last summer following a car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway. Lohan has to appear in person or else a bench warrant will be issued according to law enforcement sources.
Lohan initially had a flight scheduled from New York to Los Angeles yesterday at 9PM ET but she reportedly skipped it. Instead, Lohan was apparently at a club in New York to see a band called City of the Sun. She now is said to have a flight booked today for 6PM ET.
Previously, Lohan missed a court date in 2010 after she claimed to have lost her passport. In April 2012, Lohan missed her flight to the White House Correspondents' Dinner because she "couldn't get herself together."
Lohan's hearing is scheduled to start 8:30AM PT on Monday.
