UPDATEDx2: [Gossip] Lindsay Lohan Going To Be Late For Hearing

She arrived 48 minutes late...
2nd Update: Lindsay Lohan may have struck a plea deal with prosecutors. She has previously refused to accept any punishment.
TMZ claims this because Mark Heller's co-counsel grabbed a "plea form" from a desk and took it into chambers with him.
UPDATE: TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan has arrived at the courthouse 48 minutes late. She is currently in the restroom as six sheriff's deputies escorted her.
Lohan is wearing a white dress, which means that she changed on the way because she was wearing black when she left New York. As she walked into the courthouse, someone threw glitter at her.
The truck driver involved in her accident on the Pacific Coast Highway is also in court, as is her father Michael.
Her plane landed at 8:35 AM PT at LAX, which isn't far from the courthouse. Her attorney arrived around 8:24 AM PT, but then left ten minutes later in his Hummer for unknown reasons. The private jet diverted to LAX to put her closer and give her a chance to get there on time, but it never happened.
Lohan could accept a plea directly to the judge, but it's unlikely to happen which means it will go straight to trial.
Original: TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan's court hearing is less than three hours away and she has still not arrived in Los Angeles. She got off of her scheduled flight from New York to Los Angeles before take off last night because she felt the plane was unsafe. She was then given a private jet by energy drink company Mr. Pink at around 4 AM PT. The company paid $50,000.
She is not alone on the flight, as she is traveling with her former assistant Gavin. He was the one who told police that she was driving the car last summer even when she said she wasn't. This led to her being charged with lying to police. She could have avoided the hassle if she stayed on her original flight. It took off an hour late and was diverted to Las Vegas, but still arrived in Los Angeles last night at 11:30 PM.
TMZ then provided an update which said that Lindsay Lohan will definitely be late for her trial. The judge could issue a bench warrant for her arrest on the first day.
The private jet that is taking her to LA is scheduled to land at 8:11 AM PT. She was originally due at 6:30-7 AM PT at the airport in Van Nuys. She now has 19 minutes to travel 20 miles to the Airport Courthouse during rush hour. The jet was delayed at JFK in NYC and didn't take off until 6 AM ET. There are currently 2 SUVs waiting at the airport to take Lindsay and her people to court.
She also left all of her luggage on the original flight, and someone has acquired the bags and taken them to the airport. She will have to change in the car.
