[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan Faces Several Months In Jail

TMZ reports that prosecutors in Lindsay Lohan's lying-to-police case will ask the judge to give her 240 days in jail if she is convicted.
The Los Angeles City Attorney will be in court and if Lohan is found guilty, they will ask for jail because she would have violated her probation in the jewelry theft case by breaking the law.
240 days in jail is the maximum sentence she can serve. Based on overcrowding and the fact she's a repeat probation violator, she would only serve between 60 and 90 days of that. The Santa Monica City Attorney, who are prosecuting the lying case, will not ask for more time if she gets hit with the maximum sentence.
If she is convicted, she will be on probation for another two years. This means more jail time if she breaks the law again.
